By using the Yolzz (yolzz.com) platform, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. About the Platform
Yolzz is an intermediary platform that enables you to compare and reserve vehicles offered by car rental suppliers in one place. The actual car rental service is provided by the supplier you select at the time of booking.
2. Membership and Account
- You must be over 18 years of age.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and maintaining the security of your account.
- Do not share your account with another person.
3. Booking and Payment
- A national ID number (or passport for international guests), driving licence details and a credit card are required to make a booking.
- Prices shown on Yolzz or partner supplier websites are current at the time of search and may change due to currency fluctuations or demand levels.
- Payment is processed securely via iyzico.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation.
4. Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation terms vary depending on the type of booking and the partner supplier's policy.
- Most bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the pick-up time.
- Booking conditions are clearly stated on each vehicle's detail page.
- For cancellations outside the free cancellation window, a deduction determined by the supplier will apply.
5. User Obligations
- You provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You meet the driving licence and age requirements (generally a minimum of 21 years and 1+ years of driving licence).
- You use the vehicle for the duration, location and purpose specified in the rental agreement.
- You comply with traffic regulations; any fines incurred are your responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (logos, text, design and software) is the intellectual property of Yolzz. Unauthorised copying, modification or distribution is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Yolzz operates as an intermediary platform. The partner supplier is responsible for incidents such as accidents, damage or delays occurring during the rental period. Yolzz is not liable for indirect losses arising from system errors or third-party software failures.
8. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices. Turkish law applies.
