Cross-border travel with Turkish-registered rental cars is generally not permitted. Some suppliers may allow travel to neighbouring countries such as Bulgaria, Greece or Georgia for an additional fee and international insurance. Please confirm with the supplier before booking if this is part of your plans.

Most standard packages include a daily limit of 250–300 km or unlimited mileage. Long-term rentals may have a monthly allowance of 3,000–5,000 km. Excess mileage is charged at 2–5 TL per km. The mileage policy is clearly stated in the booking details.

Car rental prices fluctuate based on date range, demand, season, location (airport vs. city centre) and vehicle availability. Airport rates can be 10–20% higher than city centre rates. Booking early generally secures a more competitive price.

Yes. During booking, tick "Corporate Invoice" and enter your tax number and company name. Your invoice will be sent to your email as an e-Archive document in a format suitable for your accounting records.

Most standard bookings allow free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. With a "Flexible Cancellation" option, you can cancel up to 1 hour before pick-up. Cancellation terms vary by supplier; full details are stated on your reservation page.

Credit card refunds depend on your bank's processing times and typically appear within 3–10 business days. For payments made by bank transfer, once we receive your IBAN details the refund is completed within 3–5 business days.

Yes. All payments are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Card details are processed through iyzico, Turkey's leading PCI-DSS certified payment provider, and are never stored in full on our system.

Yes, most bookings support 2–9 instalment options. Available plans are displayed automatically on the checkout page based on your card. Some special campaigns may offer up to 12 instalments.

The deposit varies by vehicle class: economy cars 2,000–3,000 TL; mid-range 5,000–8,000 TL; luxury/SUV around 10,000–15,000 TL. It is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card and released after a damage-free return.

The price shown at booking is the final price, inclusive of insurance, mandatory traffic cover and VAT. Any optional extras you select (child seat, additional driver, GPS, comprehensive coverage) are shown separately. There are no surprise charges.

No, you can book without registering. However, creating an account lets you view past reservations, access deals faster and earn reward points over time.

We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance. For airport pick-ups, booking at least 24 hours ahead ensures vehicle availability. During peak summer season and public holidays, plan 1–2 weeks ahead.

Yes, most suppliers offer one-way rentals. An additional drop-off fee may apply. During booking, tick "Return to a different location" and select your preferred return point.

Call 112 immediately. Take photos at the scene and, if another party is involved, complete an accident report form. Then call the supplier's emergency line without delay. With standard coverage an excess of 500–3,000 TL applies; this is waived with Comprehensive Coverage (Super Cover).

Super Cover is an additional protection package that reduces your excess to zero in the event of an accident — no out-of-pocket repair costs for vehicle damage. It is available for a daily supplement and is especially recommended for long-distance or inter-city journeys.

Yes, standard insurance typically does not cover tyres, windscreen, headlights or mirrors. You can add a separate TGW (Tyre, Glass & Windscreen) package for around 20–50 TL/day — a worthwhile addition for complete peace of mind.

The general minimum age is 21. Requirements by vehicle segment:
- Economy/Compact: 21 years old, 1 year of driving licence
- Mid-range/Premium: 23 years old, 2 years of driving licence
- Luxury/SUV: 25–28 years old, 3–5 years of driving licence
Requirements may vary by supplier and vehicle.

Yes. EU and US driving licences are accepted directly. For licences issued in other countries, an International Driving Permit (IDP) or a notarised Turkish translation is required. You must also carry your passport at all times.

Yes. The additional driver must meet the same age and licence requirements. The fee is 0–60 TL/day depending on the supplier. Select the "Additional Driver" extra during booking. The additional driver must present their licence and ID at pick-up.

Yolzz does not perform a direct Findeks credit check. However, some partner suppliers may check credit scores as part of their own policy; a score of 1,500 or above is generally accepted without issues. If your score is low, contact the relevant supplier before booking.

Head to the Rent a Car area at the arrivals exit and collect your car from the counter of the supplier you booked with. Some suppliers operate a shuttle to a nearby office. The exact location and contact details are included in your booking confirmation email.

Inspect the exterior bodywork, interior, fuel level and accessories (spare tyre, jack, warning triangle, insurance documents). Review any pre-existing damage noted on the inspection form and take photos from all angles. Verify that no warning lights are on and that air conditioning, windows and other features are working correctly.

Yes. When your booking includes a flight number, airport offices track your flight and hold the vehicle accordingly. Our 24-hour airport offices ensure you can collect your car even on late-night arrivals without any issues.
